Bromley Announces Base Lodge Renovation, More Snowmaking for 2012/13

Bromley Mountain announced on their website today nearly $200,000 in snowmaking improvements, including the addition of 60 new tower snow guns including the trails: Plaza, Upper Corkscrew, Run-around 1, and Peril. Bromley also announced over 3000′ of snowmaking pipe replacement.

In addition, the first floor of the Bromley base lodge is undergoing a $135,000 renovation, which includes new walls, lighting, furniture and cafeteria layout.

Finally, Bromley also announced a new first-time skiers program called GET, short for Guaranteed Easy Turns. A one and a half hour clinic with equipment rental will run $89 and participants will have the option of getting a “Frequent Skier Card” that will offer subsequent discounts.

All of these improvements are expected to be in place for guests this upcoming winter.
