Warren, VT February 22, 2012 – Sugarbush Resort received 5 inches of snow across higher elevations in the past 24 hours. The National Weather Service predicts the storm to continue through Friday afternoon with an additional 7 inches or more possible on Friday and light snow to continue through the weekend.

“This storm has pushed Sugarbush over the 9 foot mark for natural snowfall on the season,” said Win Smith, President of Sugarbush Resort. “The natural snowfall coupled with our excellent snowmaking has made for some fantastic ski and ride conditions this season even though Mother Nature has been less cooperative than she was last year.”

Sugarbush Resort is in the midst of their President’s Week celebration and has a full schedule of events for the entire family. Events include, live music, family entertainment, and apres ski parties.

Sugarbush Resort is a four-season mountain resort overlooking the Mad River Valley of Vermont.
