Burke Mountain Offers Discounted Lift Tickets to Vermonters

E. BURKE, Vermont ??” The Burke Mountain Ski Area announced today the return of discounted lift tickets for Vermont residents. In addition to Vermonters, residents of Coos and Grafton Counties of New Hampshire are also eligible for the discount. The discount program is being offered Monday through Friday.

A regular adult mid-week lift ticket will be $42 at Burke this year. With the Vermonter discount, the same lift ticket is $37. For seniors and teens, the Vermonter rate is $32 versus $36. And for children between the ages of 6 and 12, the discounted price is $25 versus $28.

Burke Mountain has recently completed installation of a new high-speed detachable quad chairlift, called the Sherburne Express. It??в„ўs also wrapping up a major upgrade to its snow making system, increasing its existing pumping capacity and adding 75 new tower guns. The ski area also recently announced the opening a new restaurant concept in its base lodge. The Tamarack Grill will open to the public on December 10th. The ski area has also announced the addition of a new terrain park on the Dashney Mile trail, bringing to four the total number of modified terrain parks at Burke Mountain.
