BUFFALO, New York ??вЂќ Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts (DNCP&R) has been named the new hospitality management company for The Balsams Grand Resort Hotel in Dixville, New Hampshire. The resort will officially re-open for the 2005 season on May 27, under the helm of Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts, and from then on will remain open as a year-round destination. As the new operator, the company will be responsible for overseeing all lodging, food and beverage, retail and recreational operations for the 139-year-old, full-service resort destination, which includes management of the renowned culinary academy at the property.
