HANCOCK, Massachusetts — The Jeep Terrain Park Challenge will be held at Jiminy Peak on Sunday, March 16th. The Jeep?В® Terrain Park Challenge is a progressive grassroots program in its third year of promoting safety and responsibility at terrain parks. It offers an expanded line-up of safety education and competition clinics. Registration will take place 8 am – 11 am with the clinic, featuring members of the Rossignol demo team as well as Jiminy Peak Snowsports instructors, taking place 12 pm – 4 pm. There is no fee to enter but all participants must have a valid Jiminy Peak lift ticket or season pass.
Sunday, March 16th is also Retro Day at Jiminy Peak. Guests who dig into their closets and wear their old ski outfits will be eligible to pay a $28.00 retro price for an 8-hour pass – please no retro equipment. Guests must be dressed in an entire retro outfit to receive the special price. There will be a Jiminy Peak representative in the Paul Major Welcome Center from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm that day to determine whose outfits qualify for the price. Retro price tickets will only be available at Guest Services. There will be prizes for the best retro outfit.
