VERMONT -Right on the heels of the first snowfall of the 2012/13 season, Killington announced today via E-mail  that they have begun blowing snow on Rime.

We reported less than week ago that new GM, Mike Solimano, was dedicated to opening Killington early and closing late and returning to a long season. So far, Solimano appears to be making good on that goal; even sharing up a picture on the Killington Facebook Page of himself earning some turns.

It’s still early in the season, but general commentary on the forums in regards to Killington’s actions has been very favorable.
