Mount Washington Resort’s Adventure Center Opens For The Season This Saturday
BRETTON WOODS, New Hampshire — Mount Washington Resort is pleased to announce the Adventure Center, located in the Base Lodge at Bretton Woods, will be opening for the summer and fall seasons this Saturday, June 21, 2008.
Bretton Woods’ Adventure Center offers scenic chair lift rides, on-mountain Mexican-style lunch at the Top o’ Quad Restaurant, lift-serviced mountain biking, disc golf on two courses, and Diggler mountain scooter rentals. Guided mountain bike tours, guided hikes for varying abilities, fly fishing clinics, and a new
Survival Camp are also offered through the Adventure Center. The Adventure Center will be open daily through Columbus Day weekend, with lift operations from 10 am ??“ 4 pm (weather permitting). For program details and reservations, please contact the Adventure Center at (603) 278-8989.
Live entertainment and a BBQ are scheduled for opening day at Top o’ Quad Restaurant, located at the top of the Bethlehem Express Quad. Please note this is an outdoor event, and is subject to change in case of inclement weather.
Guests who enjoy a lunch entr?В©e at Top o’ Quad Restaurant at any time this summer will receive a voucher for one complimentary summer scenic chairlift ride valid through Colubmus Day weekend.
Bretton Woods Adaptive Program, located in Bretton Woods Base Lodge, also provides guided hikes and other summer recreational opportunities for persons with disabilities to enjoy the challenges and rewards of sports with their family and friends.
