Waterville 3/11

Pretty fun, almost all open other than some of the Green Peak trails. A few patches of boiler plate here and there on steep stuff but really minor stuff. They got 3"+ last night which was good to have.

Good: High country had lots of deep snow piles still. Sunnyside steeps were all open. Lift lines were pretty briskly managed. Uncrowded trails pretty much.

Bad: Sunnyside chair wasn’t running. Tons of ski racing parents who occupied seemingly most of the tables in the lodge at lunch time sitting around chatting while people looking for a place to eat have to wander around. Waterville is also by far the worst place for people marking off tables with their bag or whatever and then not using the table for 15+ minutes during lunch hour. No reserved seating nimrods.
