Red Jacket Resort to Host Event on Jan. 12, 2013

NORTH CONWAY, NH- The biggest social event of the winter will celebrate the 75th anniversary of Cranmore Mountain, hosted at the official lodging sponsor of their anniversary year, The Red Jacket Resort in North Conway, NH. The event takes place on Sat. January 12, 2013 at 5:30pm.

Join Cranmore for cocktails, dinner and dancing to a swing band. Dress in vintage 1930’s garb or ski attire, or your finest evening attire.

Tickets are $99 per person. Tickets include a cocktail hour with appetizers and a cash bar sponsored by the Red Jacket and music from the Alpiner Oom-Pah Band; and 3-course Austrian-themed dinner with a celebratory glass of wine. Evening highlights will feature live music and dancing with the Chris Humphrey Big Band. A memorable multi-media presentation of Cranmore’s history will be part of the festivities. A portion of proceeds benefit the Herbert Schneider Memorial Fund.

Guests will receive a goodie bag including a commemorative engraved wine glass, a 75th anniversary poster, pin and a copy of Tom Eastman’s new book, “The History of Cranmore Mountain.” Eastman will be at the event for a book signing.

Tickets may be purchased online or in person at the ticket office at Cranmore anytime. Tickets are limited and advance reservations are required.
