Ski, Ride, Tube, Laugh and Dance in the New Year at Pats Peak’s Family Celebration

HENNIKER, New Hampshire — Pats Peak, New Hampshire’s premier family snowsports destination, is hosting an exciting New Year’s Eve Family Celebration on Thursday, December 31, 2009. Called a “New Year’s In Motion”, this year’s party features skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing, comedy show, Monte Carlo for raffle prizes, dancing to the sounds for The McMurphy’s, and a midnight fireworks display, all the while sampling three tasting stations of Pats Peak’s own gourmet chef, Guy Pelletier. Guests are invited to enjoy a range of entertainment that’s suitable for families.

The party begins at 6pm, and the slopes are open until 10pm. Guest can purchase a “Party & Skiing” ticket that allows access to every activity. “Party Only”, “Skiing Only” and “Tubing Only” tickets are also available. The party includes an impressive midnight fireworks display set to music, a champagne toast, party favors, dancing, and much more.

“We can promise one of the biggest events of its kind in New Hampshire and a guaranteed great time for all ages,” says Jim Wall, Director of Services.

New Year’s Eve Ticket Options:

Party and Skiing: Adult (18-64): $90; Junior (6-17)/ Senior (65+): $50
Party Only: Adult (18-64): $70: Junior (6-17)/ Senior (65+): $35
Skiing Only: Adult (18-64): $34; Junior (6-17)/ Senior (65+): $34
Tubing Only: All Ages: $18

The “Party & Skiing” ticket includes snowtubing from 5-10pm. Child Care is available by the hour and advance reservations are suggested by calling 603-428-3245.

There is a $20 discount for Adults and a $10 discount for Juniors/Seniors for the “Party and Skiing” and “Party Only” tickets if purchased before December 15th.
