Attitash to Open During Laconia Motorcycle Week

BARTLETT, New Hampshire ??” Bikers heading north from the Lakes Region on Thursday, June 16 can take advantage of a special mid-week opening of the Alpine Slides at Attitash in Bartlett. North America’s Longest, the Alpine Slides will be open (weather permitting) from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

“Except for that Thursday, we won’t be open midweek until the 20th of June,” said Tom Chasse, managing director of Attitash. “We’re doing this as a service to folks that will be in the Valley for Bike Week, so they have a chance to ride the Slides while they are here.”

Thursday, June 16 is the “motorcycle only” day at the Mount Washington Auto Road, located just 20 minutes from Attitash. In addition to the Alpine Slides, Attitash will also offer the Climbing Wall, Scenic Sky Ride, Guided Horseback Tours along the Saco River, Mountain biking, Trampoline Thing and more on Thursday, June 16. The resort resumes regular its’ regular operating schedule on Saturday, June 18.

The Attitash Grand Summit Resort Hotel is located 20 minutes from the Mount Washington Auto Road and Cog Railway, 10 minutes from North Conway and 40 minutes from Laconia. The Grand Summit is offering Bike Week specials from $118 per night per room midweek with a special additional discount for Harley Members.
