North Conway, NH- Cranmore Mountain Resort, Death Becomes You Productions (creators of the Ghoullog), and Tri Tek events are pleased to announce Night Terrors “You Can Run But You Can’t Hide” 5k Adventure Race on Saturday, September 21 starting at 7:30pm.

The 3.1 mile course will take place at the base area and surrounding streets of Cranmore Mountain and will include multiple haunt stations featuring some of the Ghoullog’s favorite characters and scares. Racers (both runners and walkers) will be given glow sticks and are encouraged to come in costume. A brief description of haunt station themes will be released closer to the event.

“We push the envelope each year with the Ghoullog, and are excited to add this new event to kick off the Halloween season,” says Jim Chichwak of Death Becomes You Productions. “Expect the unexpected as this will be unlike any 5k you’ve ever run before,” he continues.

Racers will leave the base area in waves of 50 and chip timing will be used. Registration will take place in the Artist Falls Lodge (home of Cranmore Fitness) from 5-7pm. Early registration is $35 through the end of July, $45 in August and $50 starting in September. Based on availability, there will be day of race registration for $60 per racer. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female ages 10-12 and 13+ and for best individual and group costume. All competitors will receive a race t-shirt, finishers medal and discount to the Ghoullog event, scheduled to begin on September 27 and continue on weekends until November 2.
