CONCORD, New Hampshire ??” The New Hampshire Division of Parks and Recreation is requesting proposals from companies interested in contracting the food service at Cannon Mountain and Flume Gorge in Franconia Notch State Park.

The food service contract will include the Cannon Mountain Peabody Lodge cafeteria, deli and lounge in the winter. During the summer months, the vendor will operate the Flume Gorge cafeteria. The contract will begin November 1 and will be a three year contract with a renewal option.

Interested parties should contact the NH Division of Parks and Recreation to receive a bidder’s packet. All proposals are due into the division by August 2, 2005.

The New Hampshire Division of Parks and Recreation is part of the Department of Resources and Economic Development and manages 72 state parks, campgrounds, historic sites, waysides and natural areas.
