LUDLOW, Vermont ??” Due to popular demand, and to better serve overnight guests, The Coleman Brook Tavern at Jackson Gore Inn is extending its summer and fall hours of operation to include breakfast and lunch every day, starting May 27. Breakfast will be served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Coleman Brook Tavern is open to the public and reservations are recommended for dinner.

Under the supervision of Executive Chef Michael Breen, who has set a renowned standard for culinary excellence at The Coleman Brook Tavern, breakfast and lunch will offer traditional New England fare made with only the finest and freshest ingredients available.

The Coleman Brook Tavern has been welcoming families since its opening and has become a favorite with children for its specialty dessert, the Tavern S’mores, a build-your-own-treat that includes graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows ???? and even a miniature fire with toasting sticks for achieving marshmallow perfection.

For a night out sans kids, The Coleman Brook’s new Wine Room recognizes the evolving palates of its guests and is responding to the rise of sophistication with an enclave of elegance for adults only. The ambience of fine workmanship in the mahogany cabinetry is perfectly paired with the selection of the surrounding vintages that line the walls. The Wine Room serves the same enticing menu as The Coleman Brook Tavern and accommodates intimate dining parties and groups of up to 40 people.
