Jiminy Peak Collects 167 Pints of Blood During September 11th Blood Drive

HANCOCK, Massachusetts — Jiminy Peak hosted the 3rd annual Red Cross blood drive, in conjunction with the American Red Cross, on September 11, 2007. The event was a success raising 167 pints of blood in commemoration of 9/11. Thank you to all who donated.

Jiminy Peak is conducting a month long Safety and Wellness program for employees. During the month of September there will be activities such as CPR classes, Mammogram Mobile, Fire Extinguisher training class, Wellness Fair, a dietitian demonstrating healthy cooking, and an inspirational speaker. This is the 5th year for this event.
