JJ’s Lodge at Jiminy Peak Now Open

HANCOCK, Massachusetts ??” The Village Center at Jiminy Peak is now complete with the opening of the brand new, state of the art, JJ’s Lodge. JJ’s replaces the old East Base Lodge. The Grand Opening and Dedication of the Lodge was held on Monday, December 19th. The Lodge was dedicated to John J. Filiaut, Vice President and CFO of the Resort.

The lodge’s main level boasts a large dining area with a state-of-the-art food court with specialty stations that include a John Harvard’s Express, gourmet coffee and bakery, ethnic foods and other, unique options for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. There will be seating for 450 people on this level and the

facility is available for private functions or meetings with banquet catering. Located on the lower ground level, are over 200 seasonal lockers available for guests, as well as an eating area, the Snowsports School and restroom facilities.

The new slope-side patio features an open-air fire pit, and expanded space for alfresco dining and basking in the sun. It will be the place to be on those sunny afternoons in the spring! Levels two, three and four consist of 15 one to three bedroom, privately owned, condominiums. The cost for construction of the lodge is approximately $6.8 million.
