KILLINGTON, VT ??” This January, Killington celebrates the tradition of the family vacation by making it easier and more affordable to take children to the slopes. Children ages 4-18 can ski and take lessons for free when parents book a three-day, three-night or more midweek ski vacation including lodging and adult lift tickets. Kids will receive free lift tickets, rental equipment and half-day Perfect Turn instruction, including the Ministars, Superstars, Snowzone, Camp Free Ride and Learn to Ski and Snowboard programs. “The January Kids’ Ski Week program is a great way for families to be able to spend some quality time together while developing their skills in a lifelong sport,” said Gillis Lynn, vice-president of brand management. “Family ski-week vacations often turn into winter traditions, as skiing is an activity that can be enjoyed by all members of the family and at every age.”

Killington has lots of ski-week activities planned to entertain children, including puppet and magic shows, fun races, ice cream sundae parties and more. “Our ski-week activities continue to delight families from all over the globe. Kids are mesmerized by the magic of the puppet show and love the friendly competition of the fun races,” said Josh Arneson, events manager.
