KILLINGTON, Vermont — Killington Resort announces numerous discounted lift ticket values for skiers and boarders to enjoy the largest resort in the east for the 2006-07 season. In addition, Killington holds single-day lift ticket prices at $72.

The greatest savings of up to 25 percent off regular ticket window rates begin with lodging and lift ticket packages booked through Killington Central Reservations at 800-621-MTNS, online at www.killington.com or directly through participating lodging properties. For example, Killington’s popular Ski Week starts at $360 per person and includes five nights lodging midweek, a five and one-half day lift ticket, a free ski or snowboard lesson and one free five and one-half day junior lift ticket for each paid adult. For comparison, the five-day adult window lift ticket alone costs $320. A two night, two day package over a non-holiday weekend starts at $194 per person, just $60 more than the $134 walk-up adult rate for a two-day ticket; the equivalent of receiving a $60 room rate per night over the weekend.

“There is no question, Killington offers the best vacation values in the East,” said Dave Rathbun, vice president of sales and brand management for Killington Resort. “The variety of lodging, dining and nightlife, new day and evening family activities at the Snowshed Adventure Center, all combined with our expansive terrain and guaranteed snow, make a Killington vacation package hard to beat.”

For multi-day visitors who already have lodging, a Killington Eticket?„? offers the best value. Etickets offer savings from 10% to 20% off multi-day window rates when purchased online at www.killington.com/tickets at least seven days in advance of arrival. Once purchased, an Eticket holder can pick-up their consecutive day tickets at any resort ticket window or at Killington Outfitters at the base of Killington Road.

For skiers and riders who want more flexibility throughout the season without having to purchase consecutive days, two value card programs are available this season at Killington. For the ultimate in flexibility, the mEticket?В® returns, offering six to 12 days of skiing and riding at all eight American Skiing Company resorts, including The Canyons in Utah and Steamboat in Colorado for as little as $57 per day when purchased by December 5, 2006. mEtickets are valid every day of the season and unused days can be shared with friends after March 15, 2007 until the end of the season.

A new value card requiring a commitment of only four or five days is also available this year at Killington. The New England Value Card?„? is valid for four or five days at ASC eastern resorts: Killington, Pico and Mount Snow in Vermont, Attitash in New Hampshire, and Sunday River and Sugarloaf in Maine. A four day adult New England Value Card starts at just $232 ($58 per day) if purchased by December 5, 2006. The New England Value Card is not valid December 25, 2006 to January 1, 2007; January 13-14, 2007 and February 17-18, 2007. Both the New England Value Card and mEtickets are also available online at www.killington.com/tickets. Both cards will still be available after December 5 at higher rates.
