Killington to Host Easter Sunrise Service

KILLINGTON, Vermont ??” Killington Resort celebrates Easter with a sunrise service on Sunday, April 16 at 7:00 a.m. followed by an Easter egg hunt and some of the best spring skiing and riding in eastern North America.

Whether you are on skis, snowboard or foot, Killington Resort has a way for everyone to celebrate Easter. The heated K-1 Express Gondola will operate from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. on Easter Sunday for a warm and scenic trip to the top of Killington Peak for a 7:00 a.m. non-denominational sunrise service. Enjoy a peaceful service with panoramic views of five states and Canada followed by a free continental breakfast. Please note that space is limited for the sunrise service.

Following the sunrise service, skiers and snowboarders are invited to get first tracks with the kids as they search for treats left behind by our local Easter Bunny at Snowshed and Ramshead lodges. Eggs will be hidden inside the lodges as well as on snow near the lodges and a select few eggs may contain prizes such as Summer Adventure Center Tickets, Pico lift vouchers, maybe even a junior or young adult Pico season pass.
