BRETTON WOODS, New Hampshire — The Mount Washington Resort at Bretton Woods will host Kristen Ulmer’s Ski to Live workshop on March 16-18, 2007. Ski to Live is a powerful, one-of-a-kind, multi-day, spirituality-based sports clinic for alpine skiers and snowboarders focusing on yoga, skiing and personal growth.

The workshop is for all intermediate to professional level skiers, snowboarders and telemarkers who want to learn more about who they are as athletes – and as people – in a fun and awakening environment.

Through morning yoga, on-hill coaching which focuses on the mental side of the sports and evening sessions that focus on the mental aspect of skiing and riding, Ski to Live will help guests find true motivation in skiing, snowboarding and life, reinforce and create broader perspectives of self, and lead them on a journey that will change their lives forever. In the workshop, guests can open up their minds, hearts and beyond, and also learn about themselves as skiers or boarders through a clinic style slanted toward the spiritual and mental aspect of our sports.

Kristen Ulmer’s long skiing history includes being named by the ski industry the best overall female skier in the world for twelve years in a row. She is a former US Mogul Team skier, has been featured in dozens of “extreme” skiing movies and thousands of articles and photos published in national and international magazines, and is a TV show host, motivational speaker, and currently considered by the sports industry to be the “Ski Guru.”
