GILFORD, New Hampshire — Gunstock, in conjunction with WBOS in Boston is presenting Universal Republic Records Recording artist Tyrone Wells in concert Saturday, February 10th in the base lodge from 3 to 6 pm. This show will be his first since releasing his new CD, “Hold On” on Tuesday. Tyrone has regularly sold out on the west coast in clubs like the House of Blues, The Viper Room, Troubadour and The El Rey Theatre and people in the music business were taking notice. Now signed to Universal Republic Records, Tyrone is touring full-time and his infectious, soulful voice and undeniable songs are being introduced to people all over the country. Wells said, “Whether I’m in a coffee-shop down the street or on a national tour, I’m grateful to be doing what I love.”

Tyrone will be part of Gunstock Rocks Saturday Night starts this week, and gives skiers, riders and tubers an all inclusive night on the snow and under the stars. For just $28.00 anyone can come out and ski, ride, rent, get quick tip clinics, and tube from 4 to 10 pm. This week, if you bring in a can of food to be donated to the New Hampshire Food Bank, you can enjoy the evenings events and do it all for just $20.00. “It will be fun to have a national recording artists like Tyrone entertaining the crowd on Saturday, the weather should be perfect, and with the past two weeks of snowmaking the conditions are spectacular”, says Bill Quigley, Director of Marketing and Sales. “This weekend we have a huge number of events with the Rail Jam on Friday Night, NextSnow Search, Special Olympics, Sitour SnowJam and the concert on Saturday, then WZID will be here on Sunday with an apr??s ski party that some lucky skier or rider will win a pair of diamond stud earrings.”
