warren miller ticket to ride artBartlett, NH – This fall, celebrate the beginning of the greatest season of the year with Ticket To Ride, Warren Miller Entertainment’s newest chapter in the chronicle of the legendary film series. Ticket To Ride explores the close relationship between humans and our vast natural environment, as the sports best skiers and snowboarders take an action-packed journey across the globe to shed light on the significance of being aware of your surroundings. Experience the immense energy of the world’s most sought-after destinations and discover secrets of the lands with Warren Miller’s 64th ski and snowboard film, Ticket To Ride. This premiere at the Attitash Grand Summit Hotel Saturday night, October 12 is the earliest East Coast showing of the new film.

Warren Miller’s Ticket To Ride takes filmgoers on an exhilarating voyage to the top of the steepest peaks and to the depths of the freshest powder of Iceland’s Troll Peninsula, The Fjords of Greenland, The Alaskan Tordrillos, Montana’s Big Sky country and more. From the trams and trains in Switzerland climbing to Mt. Eiger, the fishing boats in Norway floating to Alesund, and the helicopters in Valdez soaring above avalanche debris, Jonny Moseley narrates the adventures of world-class athletes as diverse as the terrain, including world cup champions and Olympians, Seth Westcott and Ted Ligety, legendary ski mountaineers like Chris Davenport, and many more of the sports finest athletes. Once again, winter begins with Warren Miller and it’s time to get your Ticket To Ride.

Special for this event only at Attitash and showing before the feature film, New Hampshire native, photographer, surfer and snowboarder Brian Nevins will present behind-the-scene photos and more from Alaska segments featured in this year’s film, Ticket To Ride.

A portion of ticket and raffle proceeds will benefit the Eastern Slope Ski Club, a local non-profit organization that promotes skiing in the Mt. Washington Valley and provides children in the valley the opportunity to participate in the sport and equipment if necessary. Raffle items to include Attitash & Wildcat Lift Tickets, Vertical Value Cards, prizes from Stan & Dan Sports, a one-of-a-kind Adirondack chair donated by Ski Chair, and more.
