PINKHAM NOTCH, New Hampshire ??” On Monday, March 20th, 2006, Wildcat Mountain is hosting a toboggan challenge for mountain ski patrollers from across New England.

This is a friendly competition where three person ski patrol teams will test their toboggan handling skills by running a loaded toboggan straight down “the Gizzard” at Wildcat Mountain. This is the term used by Wildcat’s patrol for the trails running down the center of the mountain, consisting of the Top Cat, Starr Line and Panther. The team with the fastest time from summit to base, a descent of over 2,100 vertical feet, wins. The course location is subject to change based on snow conditions and cover.
