51st Annual Ski & Snowboard Expo Returns to Albany – advance tickets available online; kids 10 and under free with paid adult

ALBANY, NY, September 10, 2012 – One of the nation’s longest-running consumer snow and travel shows will return for its 51st consecutive year to launch the winter sports season beginning Friday, November 2 through Sunday, November 4 at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany, NY.

The Albany Ski & Snowboard Expo, presented by Alpin Haus, will provide winter sports enthusiasts with an early look at must-haves for the 2012-13 season, including the newest in winter sporting equipment, fashion and travel. The Expo will showcase the latest models for 2013 from the industry’s leading retailers and manufacturers offering huge early season discounts — all in a convenient, one-stop browsing and shopping environment.

The industry’s top mountains and resorts from throughout the Northeast, West and Canada will be represented. The three-day event will feature free prizes and merchandise, and interactive, family-friendly activities. The Expo will also include its traditional array of auctions, previously used equipment sales and workshops.

Admission at the door is $8 for adults. All children 10 and under accompanied by an adult will be admitted free.
