Atomic’s WINGS Program Flies into Ski Butternut on January 12

GREAT BARRINGTON, MA ??” WINGS by Atomic = Women In New Gear Seminar being held on January 12, 2005 at Ski Butternut. Participating guests (women only) should meet in the Ski Butternut Lower Lodge by 9:00 am.

Come find out how to ski to your potential in this women’s only free demo of the latest and greatest skis from ATOMIC. The free ?? day seminar is being lead by a PSIA level 3 instructor (either Allison Cummings or Bonnie O’Hara). The instructor will introduce the new women’s ski line from Atomic specifically designed for women. They will answer your questions, and then fit you to new skis before going out on the mountain. Please bring your current equipment as the instructors will help you select the appropriate demo skis based on your current equipment, ability level and development goals.

The On Snow WINGS event begins with an equipment preview and a brief orientation in contemporary ski, boot and binding design. A WINGS instructor or coach should join you on snow to coach techniques that enhance skiing skills while developing efficiency and enjoyment. Demo equipment is available throughout the day. The coaches will help with appropriate equipment sizing and selection as well as provide hints for taking your skiing to the next level. Clinics continue all day with groups divided into comfortable sizes and ability splits. All female skiers are welcome. Please be sure you can comfortably negotiate a green circle trail.
