Bolton Valley Celebrates Learn to Ski and Ride Month

(Jan. 9, 2014) – During the January’s National Learn to Ski and Ride Month, Bolton Valley, Vermont’s most convenient and affordable ski area, will offer a special Learn to Love It at Bolton Valley Package for first-time adult and teen skiers or riders. While Learn to Love It is offered all season long at Bolton, January’s Learn to Ski and Ride Month is a great time to participate.

The three-day Learn To Love It Program provides three days of beginner lessons. After completing the third day, the new skier or snowboard will receive a Learn To Love It card, entitling the cardholder to 50 percent off of lift tickets, lessons and rentals for the remainder of the 2013-2014 season. The three-day Learn to Love It Program is $149/person and includes a 90 minute lesson with a full-day limited access lift ticket and equipment.

Bolton Valley is again participating in Ski Vermont’s learn to ski or ride program this month as well. Beginners can sign up for a $29 learn to ski or ride package that includes a lift ticket, lesson and rental equipment at Bolton. Beginners must sign up at www.skivermont.com prior to arriving at Bolton.

Traditional lessons for both adults and children are available from the Bolton Valley Ski School as well. Bolton Valley’s ski and ride school provides student-centered, guest-oriented and outcome-based lessons that promote safety, fun, and learning. Lessons are the best way for beginners, both kids and adults, to be introduced to the sport. Advanced skiers and riders can take advantage of lessons to hone existing skills and acquire new ones.
