TANNERSVILLE, PA – It feels like another summer has come and gone, but at Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark the celebrations continue through Monday, September 3rd! In June 2005, Arthur Berry and his college roommate, Ken Ellis, bought Camelback Mountain Resort with a vision to bring families back to the Pocono Mountains and enjoy everything that there is to offer 365 days of the year. In the Summer of 2005, Camelbeach cooled off 365,000 guests. Today, the Gober Family from Easton, Pennsylvania, celebrated with Camelbeach as the guest number hit 366,000! The family of five was awarded season passes for the 2013 Summer Season.

“I really feel a great sense of resurgence in the Pocono Mountains over the last few years. Families from New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia are realizing all of the great attractions and things to do year round,” said Arthur Berry, owner of Camelback Mountain Resort. Berry continued, “We as a company, and community continue to improve our offerings and people are starting to recognize the Pocono Mountains as a destination.”
